Labor Day Weekend In Wisconsin Dells

Hotel: Comfort Suites in Portage, WI Review: 4/5 - would stay again Pros: Clean, roomy suites, sizeable indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, free parking, only 20 minutes from Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells, washer/dryer on site, vending in lobby, several cable channels, continental breakfast has good variety Cons:  Wifi didn't work at any point of our 3 day trip, some members of staff weren't super helpful/friendly Day 1:  Original Wisconsin Ducks (3.5/5) - The cheapest option seems to be purchasing tickets online.  Ducks run every 20 minutes and you don't have to purchase a specific time.  They operate rain or shine and are held half on land, half on the Wisconsin River.  The guide we had was friendly and outgoing.  The only problem is that it was next to impossible to hear him over the loudspeaker.  The guides make their money from selling booklets and postcards that are $5 cash only.
